In our hectic modern lifestyles, it is easy for opt for convenience food or snacks-on-the-go during the day. This can seriously affect your dental health!

We advise:

  • Stick to 3-4 main meals per day
  • Avoid snacking in-between meals
  • Avoid sugar in drinks e.g. Tea, coffee, fizzy drinks, cordials and fruit juices
  • Avoid eating after brushing at night-time
